Booking request and acceptance
Submitting an event request allows the team to review your requirements. It is not itself a booking. We accept a booking once the agreed deposit has been paid and the booking formalities have been completed.
Services and scope
Review the selected package and its listed inclusions. Discuss your specific requirements, agreed service scope and any additional costs before we accept the booking.
Prices, deposits and payment
Package prices are shown in pounds sterling. A deposit of at least 50% of the agreed booking fee is required. The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the event. Venue hire and third-party costs are not included in package prices. An additional location charge applies in London, and its cost will be shared before we accept the booking.
Event date and capacity
Each request is reviewed for the selected service, event location and capacity. Highclass Events may accommodate more than one event on the same day. Sending a request does not mean a date is available or that the booking has been accepted.
Changes and rescheduling
If your event details or preferred date change, contact the team to discuss the request. Ask how the change would affect the agreed service, costs and date before assuming it has been accepted.
Cancellation and refunds
The supplied booking information does not set out cancellation or refund amounts and conditions. Ask Highclass Events to provide the cancellation and refund terms for your booking before paying a deposit, and review them alongside the agreed scope and payment schedule.
